Due to state regulations, we generally cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility. However, if a bottle arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

How do you ensure safe transit for glass bottles?

We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard packaging and protective inserts designed specifically for spirits and wine to minimize the risk of breakage during the shipping process.

Do you offer local pickup for online orders?

Yes, customers in the Glendale, California area can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection at our retail location.
