Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours if there is an issue with your order.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return the product.
Provide Verification
For items damaged during transit or incorrect shipments, please provide clear photographic evidence of the unopened bottle and packaging for our review.
Await Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on whether the item needs to be shipped back.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we verify the returned goods or photographic proof, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
