The Story
A blending of our three base wines, this Brut Cuvee begins in January following our harvest. Laetitia Chardonnay provides elegant citrus and green apple flavors. Our Pinot Noir exhibits subtle earthy black cherry, red fruit nuances and a kiss of our Pinot Blanc adds soft melon traces which round out the palate. The result is a wine that is perfectly fresh and lively which carries on the tradition of elegance that Laetitia wines are famous for. Enjoy this wine with cheeses, seafood, chicken or white pasta dishes. Enjoy it between courses to freshen the palate and especially enjoy it with friends, anytime."
